MFM
Mass flow meters and the record around them
MFM-supported deliveries change what is measured, not what has to be documented. Identification, sealing, certificates and totaliser readings still need a home.

Where mass flow metering is used, the delivered quantity comes from the meter rather than from tank measurement. That is a change in method — it is not a reduction in the documentation the operation produces.
What still has to be captured
A metered delivery only stands up if the record around the meter is complete.
- Meter identification and serial number
- Valid calibration or verification certificate
- Seal numbers and their condition before and after
- Totaliser readings at start and completion
- Observed irregularities during the transfer
Method-agnostic by design
Ports, barges and contracts differ. A platform that assumes one measurement method forces the operation to work around it. Naviscope structures conventional tank measurement, MFM-supported delivery, supporting documentation and sample data in the same record, so the method is a property of the operation rather than a constraint on the system.
Naviscope does not integrate directly with metering hardware and does not certify meters. It preserves the record that surrounds them.
