Naviscope processes personal data of platform users — name, business email, telephone, organisation and role — for the purpose of operating the platform and the operations users participate in.

Operational records are retained as part of the audit trail of a bunker operation. Access is scoped per organisation and per role.

Terms

Access to Naviscope is granted on an invited, per-organisation basis. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Naviscope provides the digital environment and record-keeping. It does not perform surveys or measurements, does not certify quantity or quality, and holds no regulatory or classification authority.

The complete contractual terms are provided with the service agreement of each organisation.

Cookies

The public website uses only technically necessary storage. Naviscope does not run advertising trackers on this site.

The authenticated platform uses secure session storage that is strictly required to keep users signed in.

Platform Terms

Each participating organisation remains responsible for the accuracy and professional quality of the information it records — including measurements and reporting recorded by independent surveying companies and their surveyors.

Naviscope preserves what is recorded, together with the identity of the recording party and the moment of recording. It does not independently verify field data.
