How it works

From assignment to final report.

Every authorised stakeholder works from the same operational record while maintaining role-based access to the information relevant to them.

  1. 01

    Create

Any authorised party initiates the bunker assignment: fuel buyer, supplier, surveying company or appointed agent.

    • Vessel, port, delivery window and products
    • Quantity, delivery mode and operational remarks
    • The assignment becomes the single reference for everything that follows
  2. 02

    Connect

Supplier, surveying company, vessel and relevant stakeholders are connected.

    • Each party is invited to the same operation, not to a copy of it
    • Acceptance, decline and withdrawal are explicit and recorded
    • Surveying companies assign their own surveyors from their own roster
  3. 03

    Operate

Status changes, documents, communication and operational information are recorded.

    • One communication thread per operation, with internal notes where needed
    • Amendments are structured change requests rather than loose emails
    • Every authorised party sees the current status without asking for it
  4. 04

    Measure & verify

Authorised surveyors record measurements and verification data.

    • Conventional tank measurement, per product and per tank, before and after
    • MFM-supported delivery: identification, certificate, seals and totaliser readings
    • Samples, seal numbers and — where applicable — laboratory results
    • Field observations recorded in structured form, not as free-text afterthoughts
  5. 05

    Complete

Measurements, supporting evidence, reporting and timeline form the final record.

    • The report is assembled from the data already captured during the operation
    • The timeline stays available as the operational audit trail
    • Access remains scoped to the role each party held in the operation

The operation, as the platform holds it.

Main tabs per assignment: Overview, Documents, Timeline, Live map and Communication — with the survey report workspace inside the overview.
